The Trust constructed its own building for Varishtha Nagarik Sewa Sadan on a plot of 4200 sq yds. The project is planned for 100 senior citizens. After completing two floors of the building having capacity for 60 inmates, the Sewa Sadan started functioning W.e.f. 01 - 02 - 2007. This Sewa Sadan is located at a very picturesque and pollution free site in a well developed private colony by the name 'Panchvati Colony' on Mawana Road, Meerut having beautiful parks, vide roads, restricted entry for general public and vehicles so that senior citizens can walk on inner roads freely. The inmates, males and females, in Sewa Sadan are happy and enjoying their life. There were seven Trustees when the Trust was settled but due to unfortunate demise of one of the Trustees, Shri Dinesh Kumar Govil in Nov. 2006, the strength of Trustees reduced to six Now, Shri Rajeshwar Dayal Agarwal, retired Chief Engineer of U.P.P.C.L. and Ms Shazli Khan, a social worker who is envolved in free education to needy children have been inducted as new trustees thereby increasing the strength of Trustees to eight.
